Using a Collection of Many Treebanks for Exploring the Structure of Natural Language Sentences
Speaker:
Rudolf Rosa
Abstract:
First, HamleDT, a collection of existing treebanks for 30
languages, will be briefly presented. Then, we will look at several ways
of employing this resource for parsing natural language sentences, such
as parse tree projection, joint multilingual parsing, and searching for
a good language-universal analytical structure for representing sentences.
